Shoulder pain is debilitating and can become severely problematic if left untreated.
In most cases, the pain is simply a symptom of an underlying problem with the movement synergy of the shoulder joint. Often due to the incredibly large and intricate brachioradial nerve complex where you experience pain, isn't always the actual issue.
Poor posture, rounded shoulders, internally rotated upper arms caused by tight peck muscles and weak rhomboids and mid to lower traps all contribute to bad shoulder movement.
The very nature of the shoulder mechanics leaves you vulnerable and exposed to inflammation and eventually, acute injury!
